Katarina q and recall disabled

I was just playing an urf match and at about 3/4 of the game I couldn´t use my q anymore nor my recall, not quickcast not clicking on it nothing worked, even when i left and reconnected it didn´t work w e r worked fine tho. not quite sure what caused it.
