internet connection issue during LOAD SCREEN

I'm writing this because I could not find any solution to this. Every time during the load screen my internet connection goes off. although my internet is fine. every time I have to change from wifi to mobile internet (3G) to be able to enter IN-GAME. any clue how to solve this issue?
