Game crashed

Game crashed but did not shown any warning while waiting in loading screen.. and when i use ctrl+atl+del to start task manager shows me the prompt of the crash.. I enter the game once again and i see i was demoted in gold IV and they remake the game.. wtf is that? i just wanted to play and the client bugged.. and i have to suffer the consequence of that? Good job Riot..good job!
