[Gameplay] Thresh can collect souls from frost queens active

In a recent game I noticed that if I out ran the active ghosts from the frost queens claim active that I could collect souls from it. It did not happen every time which makes me think that it is treating it as a minion's death and will randomly drop a soul if you can "kill" it by avoiding being tagged by the ghost.

steps to replicate

1. Have an enemy player use the active.
2. Avoid being tagged by the ghosts while remaining within Thresh passive range.
3. Collect soul if it drops.
4. Repeat ad nauseam.

Keep in mind that souls do not always appear as it is relies on his passive which does not always grant a soul upon death for minions and some small monsters. I have noticed this in a few games. The most recent being on 6.17 with myself on Thresh and against a Sona support with Frost Queens.
