Blocked from queuing

What the hell? Trying to get into a game of Poro King, and constantly getting booted back to the match finding screen because some soft 12 year old gets their champ banned. After the 3rd or 4th attempt of having someone leave the character selection screen, I'm unable to queue because apparently I abandoned character selection or declined a game! Fix your shit Riot, after giving up this game because of broken crap and a toxic community, every time I come back, something is still broken!
