Gameplay Screen is Black

I recently installed League on my new Laptop. I am playing on a 4K screen that is set to 2K (in Windows settings). When I start a game, and it goes to what would normally be the loading screen, I get a black screen that then minimizes itself. If I close and restart the game a few times, I'll load in with a correct screen eventually. Note that I still get the ingame sounds, I just can't see anything.

Additionally, when I alt-tab out, my screen goes black again.
