Arcade Riven visual bug

The arcade riven skin doesnt seem to handle attack speed slows correctly. Normally an attack animation is slowed to match with the attack speed slow, but arcade riven's isnt. Instead, her animation comes out at normal speed but doesnt deal damage for a short time after when her attack speed is slowed. This has caused me to think that my attack animation is over when it hasnt dealt damage yet and cancel it preemptively. This makes it very annoying to fight against champions like malphite, because i end up canceling my autos when trading.
