[GAMEPLAY] [Twisted Treeline] 1 of the small wolves not spawning with ivern

How to reproduce: -play ivern jungle -on twisted treeline -jungle normally and one of the small wolves will not spawn periodically or will disappear This bug basically happens every single game I play with jungle ivern on twisted treeline.

Wonder if it's related to the (previous?) bug where Ivern would steal one of the opposite side's wolves whenever he cleared a wolf camp.
