Yasuo dashing through his own minions. Archangel's staff not upgradeing. Tristana 2x jumps no reset.

As the title says, the bug's I have come across in the last day was Yasuo dashing through his own minions in twisted treeline. A buddy of mine a few games ago had a Archangel's staff at 750/750 extra mana that would not upgrade for 4 min at full stacks and the next game I watched our adc Tristana botlane rocket jump into a fight then get exausted and rocket jump back out of that same fight a second later (and I do really mean a second later) without her reset (she got no champion kill or assist unless the one minion she killed jumping counted -_- ).
