Client is Acting Really Strange

When I logged into the game it immediately threw me into a ranked game. In a panic, I chose my champion and set my runes each manually. But when the champ screen popped up I suddenly had runes I did not select. Instead of Conquerer and the Sorcerer runes I chose it was Electrocute and the Precision tree. I just thought it was bad luck and continued into the game. As I later found out that my keybindings was also set to default and my summoner spells were not in the correct order. I play riven and my keybindings allow me to play her more efficiently. It sucks because I lost LP from the match too because I couldn't play optimally. This happened right after the new patch was downloaded. Just thought I'd put this out there.
