I read that reddit thread there, and dumbly replied (as hydra86) that the 257 health Zeke's was providing was accurate, accounting for the 3% health mastery buffing the 250 HP.

Zeke's Harbinger doesn't HAVE HP anymore. It has a FREE +250 HP that is not documented! I tested this out in game just a minute ago to confirm, and YEP, free stat budget is free! RITO PLZ. It looks like the HP tooltip was removed from Harbinger but the actual stats were left on there during the conversion from Herald.

10/10 reproduction. Steps to reproduce: farm gold, buy Zekes, observe errant HP expected result: no added HP actual result: free +250 HP

Just tested it myself, not only is it granting an extra 250 HP, but an extra 10% CDR as well (20% total). Don't know why your post was downvoted but I just recorded it myself as proof. I wouldn't be surprised if it was accidentally granting the old aura too.
