Dissappearing IP

I've noticed lately that my IP amount I had on my account the last time I logged out keeps losing amounts or going back to what it was before I played my games the time before. It almost always happens when I get my " First win of the day." Last night I had around 1500 and then I got my first win and it went up, so I played an aram to get the next 50 for 1700. I just logged back in and the IP from the aram game got removed. This has happened several times with me getting the first win and then logging out, when I come back it's like it never happened. I don't know if its taking my IP away or just not displaying the correct amount.

EDIT: Now I checked again and its back to 1551, so not only did it take away my first win from last night but also the aram I played today.
