Dramatic FPS Drop with new HUD

Server: North America **Type of Bug: **Huge FPS drop with new HUD on Borderless mode if I have a video/twitch playing on my second monitor **Description: **I usually max out at 120 fps no matter what but since the new HUD my in-game fps fluctuates significantly from 40fps to 80fps if I have a video or twitch playing on my second monitor. (I have dual monitors) **Steps to reproduce: **Play LoL on my primary monitor on Borderless mode and having a video playing (VLC Media Player) or Twitch on second monitor. The issue is resolved if I go Fullscreen. Expected result: The same FPS that I get in fullscreen. **Observed result: **FPS dramatically lower and fluctuating. Reproduction rate: 10/10 System specs: OS: Windows 10 GPU: Geforce GTX 760 CPU: Intel i5 3570k+ Ram: 8GB Drivers: Latest 353.30
