I was playing Aatrox and the enemy team has infernal dragon soul, they got a Senna with Aery and when I had half health, Aery and dragon soul just burn me to death in one min, nobody else touched me in this one minute and I can't even recall because of dragon soul with Aery.

Got a 3/8 hp dead for me . more than 1200 True dmg by riven with only the dragon soul
