Troubles with shop purchasing

The main page of my shop will load but when i go to buy champions or skins the shop area is blank expect for the search preference bar on the left. I have tried to reinstall my game multiple times and use the fixer provided in the opening screen. I have been able to access my shop when logging on with someones elses system. So it isnt a account issue.
