Hp Bars?

So i haven't recorded yet what has happend to me, not knowing if anyone else is getting this. While in game, sometime while doing normal stuff, the hp bars stay at max, never moving down in amount. This is not only for cs but champs on both sides. Currently on a repair to see if this fixes it.
