[CLIENT] Stuck at 33% and over 25k files of updating. Tried various fixes over the forums, not fixed

Just seriously riot? i got it to 25k files scanned then as i seen in the forum i tried to change language and region, nothing helped me and changing the language even restarted the scanning from 25k to 0 files scanned and its going on again, im so goddamn mad, why cant we have a proper client? Sat here for over 6 hours, this is so stupid.. also tried repatching, but nothing... HALP ;-;
