[Client] Loading Screen Broken and [CLIENT] 33% bug still not fixed 6 months later

I'm getting issues every single time I get into the loading screen. The screen either loads to 100% and then crashes completely or just never loads at all and then crashes about 2 minutes later with no explanation. I'm not even getting bug splats so I can send the logs. I'm forced to relog each time and this time I got stuck at the infamous 33% scanning bug. I've asked around and looked around these boards and I'm nowhere near the only one with this issue. Can we at least get some confirmation something is being done?
