Jhin (Hail of blades) Bug

As you can see by the video, Jhin only gets two empowered auto attacks, even though hail of blades itself says that champions get THREE empowered autos. Happens 100% of the time. Most likely a bug from when riot changed the way the rune interacts with Jhin, no longer activating on his first auto.
