I actually like to play support, and Shen has become one of my favorites as of late. However, i have a problem with the Relic Shield and Shen's Vorpal Blade. When you hit a marked minion with relic shield passive it doesn't set off the heal from the mark. Is this a bug? Also, the heal with Censer, although I have seen it stated that it is a regeneration effect and not a heal.
If you don't get your Vorpal Blade heal, that probably means that the auto attack is completely replaced by the execute damage.
For the heal not proccing Ardent Censer, maybe the heal counts as belonging to the person that hits the target, rather than coming from Shen? You could test this by seeing if you get an assist by healing an ally that hits a minion with it, right before killing an enemy (if the heal belongs to Shen, it should count as him assisting I assume).
