rp distribution

there are several messages coming from friends about getting free rp i think there must be an option so that we can have rp after wining or loosing a match.. we get a lots of ip after winning or loosing a match but most of the skins and other things are available only by rp so it riots can give not much but a little amount of rp after a match ends it will be good
