[GAMEPLAY] Rhunaan's Hurricane Attack Speed Issue

The passive on Rhunaan's Hurricane has a very substantial impact on the attack speed of your champion at >2 attacks per second. Rhunaan's extra attacks seem to be capped at a certain attack speed, regardless of the champion's attacks per second, causing a noticeable difference in the attacks per second while attacking a single target, versus a group of targets.

Interestingly enough, the attack speed loss from the passive seems to be different for every champion, presumably based on the auto attack animation. I have tested this on Kalista, Thresh, and Soraka (because bananas) with very different results for each.

(All of these were done on Summoner's Rift (Beta) in a custom bot game with 2.5 attacks per second. The item builds were all similar, and usually consisted of: -Sword of the Occult (20 stacks) -Berserker Greaves -Blade of the Runed King -Rhunaan's Hurricane -Zephyr/Phantom Dancer -Zephy/Phantom Dancer/Last Whisper)

Thresh had the biggest drop in attacks per second, capping at around 1.7-1.8 (estimated) attacks per second while using Rhunaan's passive and 2.5 on single targets. Kalista had a slightly higher attacks per second threshold at around 1.9-2 attacks per second compared to the normal 2.5 while not using Rhunaan's However, Soraka had almost no ill effects from the Rhunaan's passive, getting at least 2.3 attacks per second while doing multi target attacks vis Rhunaan's passive as opposed to a slightly faster attack speed on single targets.

(It is important to note that while Rhunaan's is the problem, if you own the item but only attack a single monster at a time [without using Rhunaan's passive] your attack speed is not affected. This alone proves that the passive to Rhunaan's is the issue, and not the entire item itself.)

I am unsure how the boards does it (since this is my first post on the new "forums", but I have attached a link to a youtube video that I uploaded to try and visualize my issue. Notice that when i begin to attack the jungle camp (using Rhunaan's passive) it is obviously slower than 2.5 attacks per second, but as soon as the small minions die, the attacks per second increase substantially.

This is extremely easy to recreate and I have yet to find a champion that it does not effect (besides melee champions, of course). I believe that this bug is a very substantial issue, especially since Rhunaan's is a popular build on Kalista right now, and it is causing for a loss in damage per second on her (which probably isn't a bad thing to be honest) at higher attack speeds.

Any insight as to why this is happening, or whether it is intentional would be wonderful. If you made it this far, thanks for reading and sorry for the wall of text; I just want to be as thorough as possible so it actually might possibly maybe get fixed.
