Sion Q and R not working mid-game

Played a normal game today at 15:00 GMT, Sions Q and R were unresponsive for second half of the game. First time something like this has happened to me. Buttons on keyboard work fine as i could type the letters Q and R in chat just fine, also his W and E abilities worked as they should... Weird huh?

this hapend to me wile playing WW, it's not a champion thing, i left te game and reloaded and it fixed it. it's annoying but i hope it helps.
