server problems?
I get 999 ping from the start of the loading screen, and when i finaly get in i have like 3000 ping. My teammates are all good and can play normaly and my internet is not having problems. Anybody else have this problem?

Just to add on this discusion, I tried doing a custom game with bots. If I put 1 bot vs me, my ping is fine, but if i put 5 bots against me this problem occurs

I have the exact problem. 999 ping on loading screen and when I get in I have between 2k and 12k My teammates are all fine and my connection is perfect.
Something to say as well is I am there I can see the flow of the game with no laggs, what the other team and my team is doing etc. I just can't move.

Unable to connect at the moment. This coming from Finland using Elisa as an ISP if any reds (hahah that's a huge if) reads this.
Also the ping issues have been happening since atleast 2 patches ago. Sometimes without a warning, with everything else working, League just decides its time for hard mode. Latency atleast in the 500's. I'll hold my breath while Rito gives us an explanation. Tisk.

I am apparently getting no response from the EUW server when I attempt login. Anyone else having probs?

Same here ... 3k ms during the entire game. Tried every work around I know (and I know A LOT !), tried rebooting cpu, box, game... nothing. Pingtest came out around 34ms. Tried Hots game ran smooth as hell. All this during that same league game that was stuck at around 3k ms. So there you go. I really hope for the sake of this forum that I won't get banned or flagged by leaverbuster cause of this game.

I have the exact same problem but will leave behind some more information. I got this problem with the "did not receive response from server" too and I tried to resync my clock, change de DNS settings, repair client and also trying to type in lol.launcher in google which actually made it possible to login. I had not a single problem then because I started a normal game and I said mid first without any problems with the chat. However when the loading screen appeared I saw that my ping was 999 and ingame it was around 1,5k. Never ever had this problem so I disconnected to see if I had a problem with my internet which was not the case since the ping test said I had 46 ms instead of 1,5k. So I tried to login again and there we go: did not receive response from server.
How is this even possible when I have not changed any settings yesterday when I was perfectly able to play the game? And why is there still not a solution that can permanently fix this problem since I am not the only one having the problem. Also I like to know if someone has solved the problem on windows 10 which I installed a few days ago so changing settings in the new 'internet explorer' (now called microsoft edge) is a lot different and I can't find the right settings to reset that =( (only solution I haven't tried yet).

First game my ping went to 1000 about 5 mns in, wouldnt go down, tried rebooting, stuck at 999 ping and 100% in champ select. My internet works perfectly ofc.
Second game support gets the same from the start.

I am having ping and connection issues in the NA server. abnormal ping spikes in-game and connection issues in-game and in loading screen. does not appear to be an internet connection on my part and I do not seem to have any issues that might be causing this on my computer. only recently started happening.

Happened to me in ranked games. Keep receiving "Unable to connect to the server" message, other 2 player in my team also had the same problem before getting disconnected. But riot's ban doesn't give any care, enjoy the warning+ban message everytime u try to log in again..
Made a party for 3v3 ranked and had 999 ping in loading screen and couldn't see myself moving (over 3000 ping in-game).When i reconnected i couldn't move,restarted client and could not even get past loading screen.My other 2 party members experienced the exact same result.I did not buy a high end pc and a 300 mb internet for such bullshit.I lost my first oficial ranked match after 5 wins in a row.I also reported the enemy team with a description that i thought one of them was a hacker.I don't even know why i am writing this but i guess it is my enforced responsibility to try and ask as a member of a larger group that this has to be fixed. If it makes any kind of sense or is related to any kind of problem me and my 2 friends were from the same town from Romania.The enemy team had absolute no problem although i found it suspicious that one of them that was playing lee sin at that time started saying "gg" 2 times in all chat for no reason in the very beginning of the match when the ping hit all three of us in the same time.
Just happened to me in ranket, got reported, lost lp and Im pretty sure that if I lose next one I get demoted so now I cant play untill they fix this. Also I can see whats happening perfectly most of the time, but my moves are delayed by roughly 10s and items dont get updated in inventory after shopping. Checked my connection, latency and cpu performance during game: connection: down 38mbs, up 9mbs, latency: 33ms, cpu usage: 14%, yet game had ping between 3000 and 15000. Restarting client didnt work for me in any of played games, restarting PC and router didnt help either. I looked at riot troubleshooting and checked all my settings...ipv6 off and things like that...all should be running smoothly. Whats annoying is that it happens only to some people so you still get lose and report.

It's wierd, I can ping the server and get a normal 130-150 ms... in game I get 800+.
I couldn't even connect (enter) to the game, I had 999 ping and 100% in loading screen. With respect I lost 16 LP and it wasn't even my fault, my teammates blamed me in screen after game, I demand that RIOT give us our LP back (that we lost today, 3.8.2015. EUNE)
i have had lag problems for over a month(but its starting to straighten out now), and i've never had problems with lag in other games or league, so I think it has to be because of Riot servers for the same reasons I have good internet and a pc more than powerful enough to run league at high settings
Same problem here. If your chat messages appear 5 seconds late in the champ select you will probably have this issue and you can dodge the game. Custom game worked fine for me (solo).
Riot, fix your damn game! I go from a nice steady 81 ping to 300+ within seconds. :/

Exactly right now im in a ranked game, my internet works perfect, but I got over 7000 ping in-game, I repeat, my internet has a good speed on youtube or other sites but in LoL...
I had the same problem, wtf is this joke ..i dident even get loss prevented and we had 3 with this problem in the game, - 20lp , thanks riot.
On one of my computers, I can't even see the login screen (its completely blacked out), and on my other computer I can log in, but when I try to play a game it doesn't connect to the server and I have "game crashed" message appear every 20 seconds.
