[CLIENT] "Earn Bilgewater Rewards" Button non-responsive/ broken

The image on the 'earn bilgewater rewards' button loads, but I am unable to click the button or otherwise interact with it. I completed act I of the event several days ago, but I am unable to select a character to follow for act II and thus earn a second summoner icon. This problem has persisted across multiple logins and a use of the 'repair' function in the launcher. I am running windows 8.1.
