[ Patch 5.6 - RESOLVED? MAYBE? ] The Firewall Error has returned. Couldn't connect.

So I read the patch notes, get all excited to play, queue up for a warm-up ARAM-- and bam! A problem that I thought that I already fixed long ago has suddenly reared its ugly head once more after this patch: you go into the game after champion select and are stuck at a black screen, inevitably getting a pop-up that says that you can't connect and that's it's likely due to a firewall problem.

Of course, this was giving a lot of people heartache before, myself included, since it had nothing to do with firewalls and we were running the client in admin mode. The fix that I found had worked like a charm before and was keeping me from crashing and failing to log into games was to go into my Windows 7 **services.msc **and disable IP helper. No more bugsplats or firewall errors for the past number of patches!

Now it seems to be back and I'm stumped as to how to fix this issue now. I was the only one in that ARAM to not connect ( I'm sure my teammates were upset because they did really well without me and still lost) and I probably got LeaverBuster penalties for it. Right now I'm doing a custom match with a friend to see if it comes back.

I'll keep you all updated but for now, I'd like to know how many other people are having this issue?

EDIT: The custom match also did not allow me to connect. Going to see if re-enabling IP helper fixes things.

EDIT 2: Restarting the client and re-enabling IP helper did nothing! Stumped now.

EDIT 3 -- RESOLVED?? Restarted MIFI Card (basically teeny tiny router-- my only option for internet right now) and also started the game through the lol.launcher.exe and NOT lol.launcher.admin.exe and I connected to the custom match! Don't know if this is temporary or what, though.
