[Gameplay] reporting a bug that occur in game with darius ulti

it happens to me already 3 times, when i m playing with darius , and i use ult if the target flash when the animation of ultimate begin, the ult don t hit the target , and put the ult in cd. i don t think is normal to happens this cuz when garen use him ult and the target flash during the animation, the ult hit the target. and the ult of garen and the ult of darius is the same kind of ult
