Have all champs, recieving champ shards.

Since I own all the champs, what happens when i "unlock" a champion via Hextech crafting? Will it grant a random skin for that champ similar to how you receive a mystery champ but own them all it gives you a skin instead? I couldn't find any info browsing through the info on Hextech crafting.
