I am from OCE. I was able to purchase and apply runes into my rune page from lvl1-30, when I hit ranked, the runes that I have purchased and go to apply, don't show up. When I spam click all the "marks" "Quint" tabs, the runes will appear for half a second and again will disappear. I have tried to reinstall and log onto different devices but nothing works and believe its something to do with my account rather than the Client. Please help me <3
