[GAMEPLAY][ITEMS] Multiple Poacher's Dirks stop stacking after first completion

Whenever two (or more) Poacher's Dirks are in your inventory at the same time, after one of them is transformed into Serrated Dirk , the other one(s) will reset to 4 stacks and become unable to stack no matter how many enemy camps you kill (not a visual bug).

1. Buy two Poacher's Dirk
2. Kill 4 enemy camps ,one of them will transform into
3. Second one will reset to 4 stacks and wont stack anymore on enemy camp kills.

I managed to recreate this bug in multiple ARURF and normal games and in the training tool. This can be fixed by selling the bugged dirk and undo/rebuying it. This is unaffected by champions.
