ARAM Black Screen?

Me and my friend decided to play an ARAM match, we q'd up, accepted, instant black screen. We waited for it to load, it didn't. We decided to restart our clients, gave the usual message for dodging and I ignored it because there wasn't anything I could do besides that or wait and hope I got a champion that works with my runes and masteries. After logging back in and trying to re-que, I get a 15 minute wait time. I dodged because of a black screen from the client, then the client punishes me for it's own bug, okay.
