Azir Ult Still Bugged After 4 days!!!!!!

Azirs ult doesn't not push people away, most of the time!!! so riot decided if the bug is op, ban that champ so we can't use it, if the bug nerf the hell out of your champion lets do nothing about it?!?! what is this BS...
