Clash: Unable to connect to server - We want our blue essence back

I was playing Clash, Day 2, in my third game when this crash happened. Everything up to champ select went well, but when we went to loading screen, I got a black screen and the error "Unable to connect to server, please check your network connection" or something and an option to cancel or retry. I knew it wasn't my network connection because I was in a discord call with my teammates the whole time and I was able to log in on 2 different computers, but both failed to get me back into the match. I was also able to play several normal games after the crash. My friend's league said I was "In game" even though I couldn't get in. My team lost that game because of the bug and we want our blue essence back for the tickets we bought for clash Day 2.
