I rerolled 3 Champion Shards and I got a Lucian Permanent Shard which is weird because I've never gotten a shard after I reroll. I Restarted my client and checked if the servers are down. Please help (Champions used on Reroll: (Talyah,Talon, I believe Malphite)

it could just be bugged. i once gifted a friend a champ and they didnt get it for days cuz of a bug ..
