Yesterday i was playing as Vi and me and my team mates fed a master yi. i don't know if this is a bug or not but i target him with my ult that says it never misses. The yi uses his q and stops my ult all together. I dont know if this is a glitch or it was meant to happen but overall, i don't think that is fair at all.

If he qs as your ult hits it won't activate but he shouldn't be able to break the tether.
he can, and it will... It makes the guy invulnerable. Sort of bullshit but that is one of two defensive options he has. Most yi's will blow it before anything happens.

No, its be around since season 3ish... She will just stop where they're animation started. typically on top of them or in front. The best hint for that is wait until they blows those and then use it.
