Store not loading and being kicked from Team Builder

Anyone else having this issue?

The store is refusing to load for me... at all, it's not even just "slow". It simply will not load. Pretty frustrating! (As I know this patch and server migration must be for Riot, eesh it's been a bumpy ride!).

Another issue that I seem to be having is anytime I queue up for Team Builder, whether as the captain, with a friend or solo, I will almost instantly get disconnected from the lobby with a message saying team got disbanded. I know for a fact that when I was hosting I didn't disband it, and when my friend was hosting, he didn't disband the team either. We switched to just playing blind mode, but wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing issues of this sort.
