[Gameplay] Revive in Season 6

So my 2 friends and I were going to play some ranked. I got top, but the guy who got support locked in Nasus. We thought he was going to go top so we picked accordingly. One thing tho: we could only see 1 summoner spell, the other was greyed out. When we started lading into game we noticed hat the grey summoner spell was the removed revive. My friend recorded a moment where Nasus died and then used revive, with the whole animation and everything. This is a bug right? Also, the guy had 0 previous games played according to LoL client, op.gg, and lolking.net. So how did he play first game ranked? Summoner name was "beboy"
