Draft mode Lobbies Bug

Well yesterday i was playing with my friends and i started a lobby (draft mode) and when i started the queue, one of my friends exit the queue instantly, and after that that i started the queue again and he denied again like, a cycle, as soon has he left the lobby we couldn't start a game, we left that lobby and when we tried to play in draft mode in a new lobby, we cant because the lol client goes basicly all black and says "Please Wait". I tried to repair and i unistalled and installed again the game but it didnt work. I realy need some help.
