Black game client

So I made a new computer for a friend and have been setting it up for him, so far I've installed games like New Vegas, Skyrim, FF14, Mincraft all recognized by Nvidia Experience and can be optimized.. all work great, till I get to LoL. I install it, I login for the first time on the client, It goes to load the game and I get a black box instead of the League L and a loading bar under it. After it loads I can see the ! in the top left and the minimize/settings/close buttons but everything else is black, the settings pulls up another black box with only close as an option. Nvidia Experience sees LoL but can't do anything to it's settings.

I got the same thing as yours altho it literally lags whenever i go to home, profile, collection, joining in game goes to play in game (it takes awhile before my loading screen pops up) like literally my team is level 8 while im level 1 when its tft its stage 2-4 after this whole new patch started.
