Be Problems !!!

Hello first of all I send few times to you bug system messages and you don't answer me ! I level up to level 5 and only start get from this level Blue Essence Problem can you please calculate the missed Blue Essence?!

Second question way I don't get from wins or loses any Be cause if its only from level up how should I buy new champs if I only got 810 be from level up ???

Third Way in level up its write me new quest has been add and I got nothing in my Quest icon ???? Please answer me ! I write few times to game support massage and no one answer me !!!
