It was my mistake to hit R too early right after Q (panic spam) but anyways my R got cast on my initial position while my Q was traveling towards their enemy adc ^^ should not happen IMO

Sometimes it helpful when you want to chain cc someone. If they are constant pressing flash, they might get away.

I'm aware it'll up to Riot to decide whether it is to be changed or not, but in the meantime my opinion is still a valid reason to post this as a bug. Every bug report begins with an opinion.

Uhm no. Bug reports are actual bugs, glitches in the programming that do things that shouldn't be happening, such as when Dark Star Thresh caused anyone who saw him to suffer massive FPS dumps or when Teemo suddenly begins firing super fast when he's attacking from bushes. These are not opinions - they are visible problems of things happening that shouldn't be happening.
