Patch 10.1 completely unable to add friends

Since the patch I've been completely unable to add friends to my friends list, I always get a "Yikes, internal server error. Try again later" message whenever I go to add someone. This is absolutely infuriating and is ruining my gameplay experience as I've ran into some really funny people who I'm completely unable to reconnect with even after them telling me to add them I'm on the NA server if that's relevant, but this is seriously starting to P me off
