every time I cenot reconect it wont let me

every time when I tried to play a game of rank it would start a game, then when it starts it turns off in a second and it goes back to reconnect screen and it wont let me reconnect for same reason and I dont know why. Because of that I haw to wait 20 minutes for new game to start. Please I need help and if its possible to remove 20 min. of waiting pls
