i forgot my password for my PBE account and when i try and reset it i never get the email

I think there may be an issue with PBE. I remember my logins 100% and I keep getting an error that they're incorrect, I've never reset my password either. Wonder if this is a larger issue at play.

I had a similar issue with accessing my settings for changing my email (swapping to a more reliable one). it took like a half hour/more to get the email.

Try getting a password reset from their support site, that worked for me.
