During a game of Summoner's Rift(Normal). Vi's q(Vault Breaker) stopped working without any explanation. Even when i switched q to something else, it still didn't work.I was wearing Officer Vi's outfit, if that also helps
Mine was out for about 10 minutes and then came back - possibly after choosing smartcast and then back again...
Ya this bug has been around for 6 months at least. It has to do with getting stunned/killed while you are charging. Closing/re-staring the client fixes the issue. I haven't tried choosing the smart casting, but that could work as well.
