Ranked Champ Select Bug...lost 3 LP!!!!

I'm not super savvy with the discussion boards, so idk how to post a picture, but in Ranked queue, it wouldn't let me lock in on a champ. This resulted in me getting kicked and losing 3 LP. Then, up pops a message: "We didn't hear back from the server. Give it another shot." Thanks a lot... Anyone else have that happen?
