Level 26 and Unranked player in my Silver ranked game

Yes, i just found a unranked Master yi player and a lvl 26 ashe in my silver ranked game, that was really unfair for my team because they were not that experienced in the game and they were not listening to our calls so we end up losing at 15 mins.
