[gameplay] Janna Ult Cooldown Bug

If Janna activates her ultimate, Monsoon , the moment that she dies, the ability will cause it's knockback, but not go on cooldown. Although this may not seem completely game breaking for anyone, I feel that it is unfair that the ability that has the potential to have an extreme disengage and not go on cooldown.
