(GAMEPLAY) Azir vs Rakan Ult

Rakan's ult will stop people from being pushed away by his ult. I.E. they get charmed the same time as azir ults they wont move at all and will continue to follow Rakan. This happened in a game i had yesterday and i didn't understand why they weren't pushed away.
