Garen, when using Stattik Shiv or RFC, the animation for the crit item goes off before Garen's Q hit, as if the auto already attacked and then the Q is follow up damage. As such, Stattik Shiv never gets the magical crit and RFC just triggers early. Killing a minion with the proc lets you use q again because the q never went off. There is also somewhat of a bug with high attack speed that might be irrelevant, but when in practice tool, and I use a q to stop the autoattack from hitting, the stattik shiv gains charge? As if the auto connected at the said attack speed but never actually hit. It's hard to explain.

The bug happens almost 100% of the time. Some tinkering led me to find out that if you time the Stattik shiv charge up with the q hit animation, the Stattik shiv does crit, but that's a 1/100 chance, and something that will probably never happen in normals, as you always attack with 100% charge.

This bug is quite old, much so that it's pretty much an addition to Garen Wikia.

But I really want to do one shot crit Garen with and extra Stattik shiv proc @Riot
